Weather Cancelations:Field closures by the Rec Council are final.
For In-House Rec leagues:Practices:Coaches can make a decision prior to the start of the practices to cancel at anytime. In the event of a team cancelation, there can be a make up practice scheduled. This must first be coordinated with the Commissioner of your age group. Games:All field decisions will be made as early as possible on game day. Once a decision is made, a league wide notice will be sent. Please be sure your information is correct in TeamSnap to receive the notifications.
